We’d love for you to participate in the 2nd Annual Rustic Road Riders’ Rustic Road Rally, to be held on June 4 & 5, 2022 at the Walworth County Fairgrounds, 411 E. Court St., Elkhorn, WI 53121.

Vendor spots will be pre-assigned before the event based on needs. Vendors will be responsible for the set up of their vending location on June 3, 2022. Two persons will be allowed with each vendor to help with their vending services throughout the event. Extra persons will pay the entry fee for the event. Vendors shall have accesss to the location for up to 2 hours after the event’s conclusion on 6/5/2022 to dismantle and remove all things brought in by the vendor. Vendors shall leave the location clean of trash and substantially in the condition it was before the vendor occupied it. Electric will be available for an extra charge.

All vendor fees must be paid in full by March 1st, 2022. Any contracted vendor cancellation after May 1st, 2022 will result in forfeit of vendor fee. A No Show will result in forfeit of vendor fee and fine of $100.
